Such a cute cake with Nemo and Dory talking, should have drawn bubbles of their chat!! Helen liked jelly tots so they had to be on the cake too!!

This cake was piled high with various shapes of sponge to make a 3 peaked mountain then iced over and detailed men with ropes were moulded to match the man who was 50! and his friend.

Chocolate all the way, wedding cake for Jamie and Phil’s wedding on 22nd July at Newbury Manor. I dusted the dark choc roses with a shiny copper which gave then a pink sheen.

These tiny foam roses are so realistic and with the paper ivory buds worked so well on this stacked square wedding cake in Newbury this weekend.
