Parkway Logo cake
Yippee last cake to go out today before my holiday. No cakes for over a week. Parkway shopping centre of course opens on 27th Oct, 2011. Glad I’m part of it even if I’m away!!!

Sheep Baaa!
This sheep is a cake covered in a cooked meringue made on the stove. Its crispy on the outside and soft inside. Makes a nice change from the usual sugarpaste.

Chocolate Explosion
This is my most popular Chocolate cake called chocolate Explosion. I make all the shards and most of the sticky out bits. Chocolate ganache or better known as choc fudge is thickly covering a choc buttercream cake.

Fun Ways with Sugarpaste
Free workshops as part of the Thatcham Festival were held in my home where I run my business. We had lots of laughs moulding teddies and fabric looking flowers. Everyone went home with a decorated plaque.
