This sheep is a cake covered in a cooked meringue made on the stove. Its crispy on the outside and soft inside. Makes a nice change from the usual sugarpaste.

Chocolate Explosion

This is my most popular Chocolate cake called chocolate Explosion. I make all the shards and most of the sticky out bits. Chocolate ganache or better known as choc fudge is thickly covering a choc buttercream cake.
