• Lemon Drizzle filled with a lemon curd and buttercream (No drizzle if a wedding cake).
• Rich Red Velvet filled with buttercream.
• Moist Carrot Cake filled with tangy creamcheese filling.
• Expresso Coffee Cake with coffee buttercream.
• Marble Cake - vanilla or orange & chocolate sponge combination.
• Light fruit cake.
• Rich fruit cake, brandy soaked fruit and stored for at least 3 months to give extra richness.
• Fresh Cream and Summer Fruits

Gluten Free - we use Doves flour.

Nut, Egg, Wheat, and Dairy free.

Vegan and Vegetarian - we use pure magarine.
